Helen Hoyte is an integrative counsellor and coach with a deep understanding of ADHD beyond the DSM-5 criteria. I can’t fix ADHD, but together we can identify goals and move forwards with anything from daily tasks to lifetime ambitions. In my previous life I was an economist and accountant so I can provide ADHD finance mentoring. I also offer tapping (EFT) sessions which clients have found useful for dealing with RSD.
